Across Thomas Ranch, there are +/- 1,300 dwelling units in various phases. Supporting infrastructure is nearing completion, with the Wastewater Treatment Plant scheduled for completion in December 2025 and the Water Treatment Plant planned for completion in April 2026. The private Loraloma community opened its golf course in October 2025 as the first amenity to be delivered. Loraloma home construction began in August 2025.
